As a therapist, I believe that you are the expert on your life therefore I take a person-centered approach when working with you. I provide empathetic understanding while using guided discovery to help you find your own solutions. I am a compassionate facilitator who will support and encourage you throughout the therapeutic process. My overall goal is for you to be able to completely express yourself while providing an environment that allows you to be vulnerable. Life has taught me that every moment filled with doubt, anxiety, or pressure can be used as a catalyst for a fresh start. Your road to optimal health begins here.
